Mount Vernon Pair Charged With Theft From Rockland Store

Emanuel Acheampong and Charles Moye, both 28, were arrested after a security officer in the store at Palisades Center reported that they stole 45 hats valued at approximately $1,900, Clarkstown police said.

Both men are charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree and criminal possession of stolen property, both felonies.
