Gunshots Break Windows In Mount Vernon's Doles Center

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – Gunshots broke a handful of windows at the Doles Center in Mount Vernon Saturday afternoon, according to News 12.

Though dozens of people were in the Doles Center, no one was hurt when shots came through the building around noon and broke the windows, News 12 said.

The incident occurred hours after someone had been shot to death on nearby South Second Avenue, reported News 12.

No connection between the two incidents has been confirmed, News 12 noted.
