MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - Judith S. Monnett of Mt. Vernon December 31. She was 75.
Monnett was born May 23, 1938, in Brooklyn, to Erle and Edna Sheppard. She was a member of the Emblem Club and involved in Little League as a team mother.
Monnett is survived by her husband, Boyd; daughter, Debra Beardsley; son, Christopher Monnett; daughter in-law, Patricia; sister, Arlene Magro; and three grandchildren.
Calling hours are Sunday, Jan. 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Yannantuono Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia Society.
