MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. Construction crews were hard at work Friday repairing a broken sewer line near City Hall at Roosevelt Square.
The crew dug up the road early Friday morning at the intersection of S. 5th Avenue and W. 3rd Street, reducing traffic to one lane for one block on W. 3rd Street in front of the municipal parking garage by City Hall.
Workers expected to be finished by around 3 p.m. Friday.
