Mount Vernon Native P. Diddy Named Highest Earner in Hip Hop

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y.-- Mount Vernon native P. Diddy (Sean Combs) was named highest earner in hip hop by Forbes Magazine.

Forbes estimated that Combs pulled in approximately $50 million between his record label, Bad Boy, his clothig line, Sean John, his Blue Flame Agency and his agreement with Ciroc vodka.

Combs edged out fellow New Yorker, Jay Z, who made an estimated $43 million, according to Forbes.
