Geneva and Richard Smith told lohud.com that they feel that the New York City officers who barged into their home last fall should face charges.
Abuse of authority allegations were substantiated against John McCrossen and Michael Greaney by the city’s Civilian Complaint Review Board, which said the pay loss was the most severe it could recommend, lohud.com reported.
The Smiths' lawyer said he plans to ask the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office to file criminal charges against the detectives, the lohud story said.
