WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The southbound Hutchinson River Parkway between East Lincoln Avenue in Mount Vernon and Co-op City in the Bronx has reopened as of 7:50 a.m. Monday morning following an accident.
Delays were as far back as the Cross County Parkway.
