Accident With Overturned Vehicle Creates Gridlock On Bronx River Parkway

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- An accident involving an overturned vehicle resulted in gridlock on the northbound Bronx River Parkway at the Cross County Parkway on Friday morning.

Backups were to Bronx River Road following the 8:15 a.m. incident.
