The Magellan, located in Port Chester at 108 South Main St., held a grand opening event on Thursday, Sept. 26.
The residential building, developed by RMA Development and ASF Construction, features studio and two-bedroom residences with gourmet kitchens, European marble countertops, luxurious baths, and full-sized washers and dryers. Each unit also has "state-of-the-art" climate and access controls, developers said.
Other amenities include a rooftop lounge; a bar; a live green roof; and activity spaces. The property also has an on-site dog park with a dog shower.
The complex is located near several shops, restaurants, and the Capitol Theatre, as well as a Metro-North train station.
"I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished with the development of The Magellan. This project has meant a lot to me personally, and it is very rewarding to see it come to life in such a spectacular way," said RMA Development founder and CEO Ralph Rossi.
