How Long in Business: Johnny’s has been a fixture in Mount Vernon since 1942, making it one of the oldest pizzerias in Westchester County.

Known For: Their “old school,” thin crust pizza, which is sold only by the pie, no slices here.

Key to Success: "This is what New York pizza should be, there’s no fuss, it’s just straightforward, delicious food," said Yonkers resident -- and avid fan -- George Reynolds who spoke to Daily Voice while enjoying a sausage and cheese pizza.
