MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- Children and families are invited to come dressed up in costumes and celebrate Halloween with the Fleetwood Neighborhood Association at its Halloween Party and Pumpkin Patch at newly renovated Broad Street Playground on Friday, Oct. 31, from 4-6 p.m.
Halloween will be celebrated by the Fleetwood Neighborhood Association.

Individual membership is $30, family membership is $25 and business membership is $30.
