The Brooklyn-native who signed to MCA record nearly 30 years ago has had top five songs around the globe. He will play some of his 1990s classics on the steps of Mount Vernon City Hall on Saturday.
Following Abraham at the concert will be Macco Mobley. Mobley is a percussionist, lead vocalist, producer and composer of some of the finest soul and R&B music in the area. He has performed extensively around the tri-state area.
The concert will beheld at 7 p.m. on the steps of City Hall, and is free to the public. The concert series has been ongoing since last month, with each show engendering a different genre of music, from Caribbean and reggae to hip-hop and soul.
