Author Talk, Reading Scheduled At Mount Vernon Library

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. -- Author Mary C. Bounds will be reading from "A Light Shines in Harlem New York's First Charter School and the Movement It Led" on Thursday, March 31, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the Grace Greene Baker Community Room.
