Thursday, Oct. 24, marks the start of what the National Weather Service calls a "subtle cool-down."

It will be mainly cloudy through mid-morning, followed by gradual clearing. High temperatures will be in the mid-60s.

Wind speeds will strengthen during the day with gusts out of the north as high as 25 to 30 miles per hour. With minimum relative humidity values dropping to 35 to 45 percent, there will be an elevated risk of fire spread on Thursday.

Friday, Oct. 25, will be sunny, with high temperatures in the low 60s.

The weekend will start with mostly cloudy skies on Saturday, Oct. 26, before gradual clearing and sunny skies in the afternoon. The high temperature will be in the mid-60s.

Cooler conditions will arrive overnight with low temperatures in the 30s and the high on Sunday, Oct. 27, only in the mid-50s.

It will be brisk overnight, and the high on Monday, Oct. 28, will again be in the mid-50s.
