Busy Stretch Of I-287 In Westchester Reopens After Tractor-Trailer Rollover

A tractor-trailer rollover temporarily left part of a busy Westchester highway and exit ramp closed to traffic.

Following a crash on Wednesday morning, May 29, eastbound I-287 in Rye leading to Interstate 95 as well as the Exit 12 ramp were both closed until around 11:10 a.m., New York State Police announced.

The tractor-trailer's driver was taken to Stamford Hospital in Connection to receive treatment for minor injuries, authorities said.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing, according to state police.
