There will be a lane closure on the Palmer Road Bridge for more than a month in Yonkers as Westchester County performs work on the roadway. Yonkers Councilman Mike Breen said that he was notified on Friday, April 5, that crews would be performing work on the westbound lanes on the bridge between Paxton Avenue and Parkview Avenue. The section of Palmer Road is expected to be closed beginning on Wednesday, April 10, through Sunday, June 30, as they make repairs.
