Man, 20, Caught After Crash During High-Speed Police Chase In Westchester A White Plains man found himself in a high-speed chase on I-95 during the Fourth of July holiday before ultimately crashing into a guardrail while attempting to evade apprehension, police said. State Police Troopers attempted to stop 20-year-old Roberto Robles at approximately 8:40 a.m. on Wednesday morning, when he committed a vehicle and traffic violation while traveling on I-95 in Mamaroneck.
