Police Search For Missing Hudson Valley Kayaker State police have identified a male kayaker who went missing in the Hudson Valley on Tuesday afternoon in the Hudson Valley. At approximately 3:15 p.m.,  Ulster County 911 received a call for an overturned kayak in the Wallkill River in Rifton, in the town of Esopus near the area of Route 213.
