Lane Closures Scheduled For I-95 Roadwork In Westchester A series of lane closures have been scheduled for I-95 in Westchester, according to the New York State Thruway Authority. One lane of I-95 northbound and I-287 eastbound will close Friday, Sept. 6 at 10 p.m. until Monday, Sept. 9 at 6 a.m. as road crews install precast pavement slabs as part of the “Last Mile” infrastructure project. Saw Mill River Parkway Off-Ramp Closure Scheduled For The Weekend WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - Exit closures on the Saw Mill River Parkway in New Castle are continuing as contracting crews complete work in the area. The New Castle Police Department issued an alert on Friday cautioning that beginning at 9 p.m. on Saturday, the northbound Exit 32 off-ramp will be closed until the following morning. The closure is expected to be lifted before 6 a.m. on Sunday morning.
