ID Released For Man Critically Injured After Being Hit By Van In Westchester A man who was critically injured after being struck by a van while attempting to cross I-287 in Harrison has been identified. Diego A. Maidana, 39, of White Plains, was struck around 2:25 p.m., on Friday, Sept. 20, remains in critical but stable condition at Westchester Medical Center, said Trooper Tara McCormick of the New York State Police.
