Town Employee On Leave After Taking Photos Of Dead Westchester Woman In Suitcase Just hours after the identity of the Westchester woman found bound and stuffed in a suitcase was released, Town of Greenwich officials are confirming that an employee is on paid administrative leave for taking photos of the murder victim and the crime scene and sharing them.
