Police: Burglary Suspect Entered Westchester Home After Breaking In Garage Police in Scarsdale are investigating the latest village burglary, that saw a suspect make off with a “large amount of jewelry" after forcing entry through the garage. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department were dispatched to a Tisdale Road home at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 17, where there was a report from a homeowner of a burglary in the place.
