Hudson Valley Man Charged In Domestic Dispute In Front Of Child A 22-year-old Hudson Valley man engaged in a domestic altercation in front of a child, state police from the Wappinger barracks said Monday.After troopers responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Town of Wappinger on Sunday, Jan. 14, the investigation revealed that Thomas J. Scianna of Wappingers Falls engaged in a physical altercation with the victim, in the presence of a child, police said.
