Video: Security Camera Captures Man Trying To Get Into Cars In Westchester Police investigators in Westchester are attempting to locate a suspect who was caught on home surveillance video attempting to break into cars overnight. The Yonkers Police Department released a surveillance video from a home in Crestwood that showed an African American suspect who walked up to a parked car, pulled its handle, found that it was locked before taking off while looking around.
