Man With Dementia Rescued After Leaving Family Car, Disappearing In Westchester A man who went missing in Westchester was rescued with the help of police departments in multiple municipalities.  On Saturday, Feb. 18 around 2 p.m., the Yonkers Police Department received a report that an elderly man suffering from dementia had left a car on Strathmore Road and had disappeared after walking away from family members.  After learning that he had last been seen walking towards the Bronx River Parkway and receiving a description of him and the clothes he was wearing, Yonkers PD then alerted the Westchester County Police Department of the case.  Soon, the …
