Andrew Cuomo is under new scrutiny after acting as the guest of honor at a rooftop dinner where plates were going for $25,000 each. The New York Times reported that Cuomo was a featured guest on the 20th floor of the St. Regis Hotel in Manhattan earlier this month, at an event attended by lobbyists where the minimum donation started at $25,000 in an event held Thursday, March 14, just over two weeks before the New York State budget was due.
