'Sexually Violent' Offender In Westchester Sent To County Jail
A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of forcibly touching his victim without consent and a previous rape conviction has been remanded to the Westchester County Department of Corrections. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 57-year-old Jack Williams, who had lived on Livingston Avenue in Yonkers, but has been remanded back into custody for an undisclosed offense. A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of having sexual contact with a 7-year-old girl has reported a move in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 34-year-old Byron Summers, who has moved from Valhalla to a residence on Walnut Place in Thornwood.
