Westchester Man Driving Drunk Becomes Combative With Troopers, Police Say A 29-year-old man is facing felony charges after police said he drove while intoxicated in Westchester County and shoved a trooper against a patrol car, causing damage. Troopers stopped a vehicle on I-95 in Larchmont for vehicle and traffic violations at about 11:10 p.m. on Friday, June 24, according to New York State Police. Westchester Woman Driving Intoxicated Resists Arrest After Traffic Stop, Police Say A Westchester County woman is facing charges after police said she drove while intoxicated and resisted arrest. New York State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the town of Harrison for a number of traffic violations at about 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 17, police said.
