Northern Westchester Duo Nabbed In Strong-Arm Robbery Involving Razor Knife A pair of partners in crime victimized a local man during a strong-arm robbery in which they held a razor knife to the victim's throat as they ripped off his wallet in Northern Westchester. Peekskill Police received a call for a dispute between a male and female around 7:15 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of Main Street, said Police Chief Eric Johansen.
