Police Dish Out 73 Tickets In New I-684 Detail Dozens of tickets were dished out by New York State Police troopers during a new special speed enforcement detail on I-684 in Westchester County this week. During the detail on Tuesday, July 24, troopers issued a total of 73 tickets during the morning commute on the I-684 corridor.  According to police, these details will continue throughout the year as troopers make an effort to curtail dangerous driving and keep highways safe for motorists.
