Arrest Made In Case Of Woman Found Bleeding Outside Westchester Facility An aide at a Westchester assisted living facility is facing charges for allegedly shoving a 98-year-old woman to the ground during an argument, sending her to the hospital, police said. Yonkers resident Rita Collazo, age 60, was arrested this week and charged by police after the elderly woman was found bleeding outside of the RiverVue Memory Care Unit in Tuckahoe after the two got into an argument on Sunday, Nov. 21.
