Westchester To Hold Free Rabies Vaccine Clinic For Pets: Here's When To help residents protect their four-legged friends against potential contact with rabid animals, Westchester County will hold a free rabies vaccination clinic for pets, officials announced.  The free vaccinations will be given to dogs, cats, and ferrets on Sunday, May 5 at Stamen Animal Hospital in New Rochelle at 61 Quaker Ridge Rd., Westchester officials announced.  Vaccinations will be given out from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and no appointments will be needed. The arrest comes months after the initial incident when Yorktown Police responded to a residence on Cording Road after hearing a report of a dog bite on Sunday, Nov. 25 around 8:30 p.m. The food delivery person stated that a pit bull jumped onto him as he was leaving the residence.
