Henry, 22, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal contempt in Orange County. Suspects Caught After Forcing Victim Into Car Trunk During Armed Robbery, Police Say Two men are being held without bond after allegedly forcing a man into the trunk of his vehicle during an armed robbery and then taking police on a chase.  The incident unfolded around 12:30 a.m. Friday when Port Jervis Police responded to a 911 call reporting a 67-year-old man had been assaulted in the parking lot of a senior housing complex, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.
