Intoxicated Westchester Man Found Slumped Over Wheel On Side Of Merritt, Greenwich PD Says A man from Westchester has been charged after he was found slumped over in his vehicle on the side of Merritt Parkway, according to police. Greenwich Police say they responded to the area of Merritt Parkway northbound near exit 29 (Lave Avenue) on a report of a driver slumped over the wheel on the side of the road on Sunday, April 7 around 11:45 p.m. Officers say they located a silver Honda with heavy front end damage traveling south on Lake Avenue near Old Mill Road.
