Traffic Dispute Turning Physical Tops Mount Kisco Police Blotter Westchester County Police intervention was recently required when two men engaged in a physical dispute after being involved in a traffic incident in Mount Kisco. An officer on patrol near the intersection of Main Street and Carpenter Avenue shortly after 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, June 7 observed two groups of men who were engaged in a traffic dispute in the area. According to police, one man got out of his vehicle to confront the other, alleging that he was being tailgated.
