Westchester Man Caught With 10-Inch Knife In Speeding Stop A Westchester man was nabbed with a 10-inch knife by New Canaan police after being stopped for speeding. Jeffrey Mackey, 32, of White Plains, was pulled over around 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28 for driving 45 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone on Old Stamford Road, police said.
