Man Faces DWI Charge After Failing To Stay In Lane On Route 6, Police Say A Mohegan Lake man is facing multiple misdemeanor charges following an early morning traffic stop when he was allegedly drinking and driving. An officer from the Yorktown Police Department on patrol on Route 6 (East Main Street) conducted a traffic stop of Nicholas Horbatuk, 38, at approximately 2:38 a.m. on Wednesday morning after he was spotted unable to maintain his lane of traffic.
