Man Faces DUI Charge After Route 202 Stop
A routine traffic stop led to a misdemeanor charge for a Yorktown man who was busted by state police troopers driving under the influence of drugs on Thursday morning. State police troopers stopped 43-year-old Michael Tomasetti at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Route 202 (Crompond Road) in Yorktown on Thursday for a vehicle and traffic law violation. During the subsequent stop, it was determined that Tomasetti was under the influence of an undisclosed drug and he was arrested at the scene.
