After Officers Respond To Reported Overdose, Police Say
A driver in Westchester was arrested for alleged DWAI after officers responding to a reported overdose found him inside his car, police said. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department responded to a stretch of Garth Road at approximately 1:15 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10, where there was a report of a man who appeared to be suffering from an alleged overdose by a passerby. According to police, upon arrival, officers found Mamaroneck resident Michael Lauro, 30, who was allegedly operating his 2002 Honda Civic while under the influence of drugs.
