Erratic DWI Driver Busted After 'Impeding Other Drivers' In Northern Westchester, Police Say A Northern Westchester man was arrested for alleged drunk driving after police received several calls of an erratic driver. Marco Chacha, age 38, of Croton-on-Hudson, was arrested on Sunday, June 6, after Yorktown Police received a report of an erratic driver on Commerce Street heading westbound on Route 202. Chacha allegedly failed to maintain its lane multiple times and was being driven in a manner that was "impeding other vehicles," Yorktown Police said.  When police stopped Chacha he was found to be intoxicated and arrested, police said.
