18-Year-Old Charged With Stealing $1K Worth Of Silver From Northern Westchester Store: Police An 18-year-old is being charged in the theft of over $1,000 worth of sterling silver from a Northern Westchester consignment store, police said. Ben Cassuto of Ossining, is accused of stealing the items from the Penny Pincher Boutique in Bedford Hills at 184 Harris Rd. on Wednesday, Oct. 26, according to Bedford Police Lt. Boy Seriously Injured After Being Hit By Vehicle Near School In Northern Westchester A 14-year-old boy was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle while riding his bike in Northern Westchester.  The incident took place around 7:22 p.m. Thursday, June 10 in Bedford Hills. The teen rode his bike into traffic without looking while coming from the area of the Bedford Hills Elementary School on Babbitt Road, said Bedford PD Lt. Jeff Gulick.
