Yorktown Student-Athletes Sign Letters Of Intent Six Yorktown High School student-athletes made their college commitments official on Tuesday by signing letters of intent to play sports at their chosen colleges, bringing the total number of varsity athletes from YHS who will play on Division I and Division II teams in 2018-19 to 18. Lacrosse Coach Arrested At Area High School For Possession Of Narcotics A boys lacrosse coach on one of the area's most successful programs was arrested at the school on an active warrant for possession of narcotics, according to the Waterbury Police Department.  Raul Bourgeois, a coach on Darien High School's freshman team, was arrested around 2 p.m. Thursday by Darien Police officers after being notified by the Waterbury Police Department, that he was believed to be on the campus, Darien Police said.
