Woman Made $3.3K In Purchases After Stealing ID Of Northern Westchester Victim, Police Say A woman has been charged after allegedly stealing the identification of a Northern Westchester victim and spending $3,300, police say. Yorktown Police received a larceny complaint on August 25, 2018. Further investigation revealed that a woman, later identified as 30-year-old Kristen Rucci of Carmel, allegedly assumed the identity of the victim by gaining access to his personal information. Police say Rucci also made unauthorized purchases for cell phones totaling $3,317.49.
