Owner Charged After Unvaccinated Pit Bull Bites Delivery Man In Northern Westchester The owner of a pit bull is facing charges after the unvaccinated dog bit a delivery man in Northern Westchester, police said. The arrest comes months after the initial incident when Yorktown Police responded to a residence on Cording Road after hearing a report of a dog bite on Sunday, Nov. 25 around 8:30 p.m. The food delivery person stated that a pit bull jumped onto him as he was leaving the residence.
