David Niznik, Longtime Poughkeepsie Business Owner, Dies At 54
Longtime Poughkeepsie business owner David John Niznik, Jr., died peacefully at his home after a long battle with cancer on Jan. 4. He was 54.
David was born in Poughkeepsie on May 31, 1963 to David Sr. and Nancy Niznik. He ran Dave's Towing out of Poughkeepsie for 30 years before moving to South Carolina in 2006. He died in Conway, S.C
David loved fishing and car racing.
