Duo Nabbed After Firing Shot During Armed Robbery In Northern Westchester: Police Two men have been apprehended in connection with an armed robbery in Northern Westchester that involved a gunshot being fired, police said. The incident happened on Wednesday, Oct. 4 just before 2:40 a.m., when officers responded to an armed robbery in Peekskill on the 300 block of Highland Avenue.  According to Peekskill Police Lt. Man Caught With Cocaine Steals From Lowe's, Evades Court Date In Northern Westchester: Police A 33-year-old man from Northern Westchester faces numerous charges after allegedly being caught with cocaine and stolen merchandise from a Lowe's store, as well as not showing up to his court appearance, police said.  The man, identified as David Herbin of Peekskill, was originally arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 15 after he was pulled over by police in Yorktown for traffic violations.
