Man, Woman Face Drug Charges After Taconic Parkway Stop A man and woman are facing a host of charges after a traffic stop on the Taconic State Parkway Thursday morning, March 15. At approximately 10:45 a.m., troopers from the Poughkeepsie barracks conducted a traffic stop of a 2017 Honda Civic on the Taconic State Parkway in the Dutchess County town of Stanford for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law.  During the interview of 27-year-old Shyrelle J.
