First Bike-Sharing Program Launched In Westchester It’s official! New Rochelle has Westchester County’s first bike-sharing program. Following a soft launch in March, officials in New Rochelle officially kicked off the program on Friday with a maiden voyage from City Hall to Anderson Plaza to mark the official launch of the county’s first such program. The Bike Share includes 100 bicycles at 11 locations throughout the city for local residents to use at their leisure.
