Queens resident Francisco Smile Nicasio-Ramirez has been sentenced to 14 years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon dating back to an incident at the Dia and Noche restaurant on McLean Avenue in Yonkers last October. Son, 29, Pleads Guilty To Stabbing His Mother To Death In Westchester A 29-year-old man pleaded guilty to the stabbing death of his mother in Yonkers, according to Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino. Andre Coverdale pleaded guilty on Thursday, March 15 to first-degree manslaughter, a Class B felony, in the stabbing death of Dawne McCray of Yonkers.  County Court Judge Barry Warhit accepted the plea.
