Man Faces DWI, Drug Charges After BMW Stopped In Northern Westchester A traffic stop of a motorist in a BMW in Westchester led to DWI and drug charges for a man allegedly in possession of cocaine and marijuana. New York State Police troopers stopped Cortlandt resident Akintunde Akinleye, 30, at approximately 3:20 a.m. on Lockwood Road in Cortlandt on the Fourth of July, when he allegedly committed a vehicle and traffic law violation. During the stop, troopers said that Akinleye was found to be intoxicated, leading to his arrest.
